Celebrating the Class of 2022!

We had a fabulous day celebrating the end of official Year 12 classes. Our seniors arrived at school dressed in the attire of their childhood dream career and were welcomed to school by a small group of Year 7s who gave each student a flower. Year 12s then participated in a variety of games from Primary School, including tunnel ball and octopus, and staff and students enjoyed a delicious breakfast together.

In our farewell assembly, students watched a video with messages of congratulation from their teachers and also the traditional Year 12 Video made by the students themselves. We shared some thoughts and reflections and took students “back to primary school” by reading excerpts from Dr Seuss’, ‘Oh, the Place You’ll Go!’

Finally, students received a letter from their parents or special person in their life. There was not a dry eye in EPAC as letters were read. We thank parents and families for helping create this special moment and can just imagine the big hugs that took place when everyone arrived home later that evening.

Congratulations to the Class of 2022. As a college we are so very proud of you. You showed great enthusiasm, leadership and your sense of pride shone through as you celebrated 13 years of school.

Students sitting their exams are encouraged to come to school and make use of the study spaces and meet with their teachers. The library is open and is a dedicated study space for Year 12s throughout the exam period.

We look forward to seeing you all at Valedictory on November 16 and celebrating the Class of 2022 as a community.
