Documentation*

A copy of the student’s two most recent reports from previous school

A copy of the student’s birth certificate, or if student was born overseas, a copy of student's passport and VISA details (even if you are a permanent resident);

Non Australian born students are required to provide a copy of relevant citizenship certificate and passport including visa details or travel documents. Copies will be retained by the college. (this includes permanent residents)

Proof of Residence - ONE of the following is required:
+ Moving into the area: copy of Contract of Sale
+ Renting: copy of lease (12 month minimum)
+ A current rates notice

PLUS THREE of the following supporting documents (showing parent’s name and address)
+ Utilities (Gas/Electricity/Water)
+ Electoral roll confirmation (citizens only - through the Australian Electoral Commission or Victorian Electoral Commission)
+ A valid driver's licence
+ Healthcare card, Medicare or private health card showing parent/carer name and student name
