Middle Years Outdoor Caving

Middle Year Outdoor Ed Caving

Year 9/10 Outdoor Education – Caving Experience

The Year 9/10 Outdoor Education class recently participated in an exciting caving experience at Shiprock Falls in Gembrook. The day provided students with the opportunity to challenge themselves both physically and mentally while exploring the cave systems and surrounding natural environment.

Throughout the experience, students worked collaboratively to navigate obstacles, support one another, and step outside of their comfort zones. It was wonderful to see so many students demonstrate resilience, courage, teamwork, and a positive attitude when faced with new challenges.

Outdoor Education experiences such as this play an important role in developing confidence, problem-solving skills, independence, and strong peer connections. Congratulations to all students involved for their enthusiasm and willingness to embrace the adventure.
